We offer final grading or regrading of your lawn. Sometimes there are just too many stones, ruts, and erosion in the lawn to repair by other methods. We would then suggest regrading. We bring out our skid steer to rough grade your existing soil and depending on your needs will bring in topsoil for a nice growth medium, we usually aim for 1 – 2 inches of soil and then either seed and straw or install sod over the new lawn area.
