We schedule visits every month from February through November so weeds are treated when they’re young and easiest to manage. With regular applications, you protect the appearance and longevity of your outdoor spaces — including driveways, riprap, patios, bed edges, and more.
What Monthly Spray Is — and Isn’t
Our Monthly Spray is a targeted weed control service focused on weeds growing:
- In cracks of driveways or sidewalks
- Between pavers and patios
- Along fence lines
- In gravel or riprap areas
- Around outdoor storage, parking areas, and HOA common spaces
It does not control weeds growing directly in lawn turf, under or right next to plants and shrubs, or in areas with standing water.
You’ll usually see results in 7–14 days, depending on weather and growing conditions.

Monthly Spray CORE — $85 per visit
- Up to 4 gallons of material
- Great for small to medium residential properties
Monthly Spray PLUS — $195 per visit
- Up to 12 gallons of material
- Ideal for larger residential properties (2+ acres)
Monthly Spray PRO — $595 per visit
- Up to 40 gallons of material
- Perfect for commercial properties and large areas
These prices are per visit. You can schedule monthly services throughout the growing season to keep weeds managed from spring through fall.
